Sample data

The deal felt great on the call. Then it went quiet.

The price objection you talked past, the CFO who signs off but wasn't on the call, the competitor mentioned once: they're all in the recording, and nobody has time to listen back.

Small teams don't have a revenue-operations person writing up every call. So deals get reviewed from memory, follow-ups promise the wrong things, and risks show up late.

Closa reads the call for you and shows its work: every finding comes with the words that prove it.

How it works

From a call to a deal review in four steps

  1. Upload a call

A recording (audio or video) or a transcript from Zoom, Google Meet, Teams or Otter: VTT, SRT, TXT or DOCX. Closa never joins your calls.

  2. Read with evidence

Objections, risks, competitors, stakeholders and their roles, budget, timeline and authority signals, commitments and next actions, each quoted with its timestamp.

  3. Review the deal

Calls group into deals. See how each risk changes from call to call, then get a review: status, open risks, suggested next steps and a follow-up email draft.

  4. Act on your terms

Edit, reject or regenerate anything. Accept the review with the next steps you'll take, send the email from your own client, or push it to HubSpot.

What Closa finds in one discovery call

A 22-minute synthetic discovery call between a route-planning vendor and a logistics company. These are the findings and the review exactly as Closa shows them on the try page.

The review it drafts

At risk

Northwind has a clear, costly problem (missed delivery windows) and an engaged champion in Dana, but the budget isn't approved, the CFO signs off above $20,000, and Fleetly is being evaluated in parallel. Integration with their warehouse system and a security review are the two hurdles named so far.

Suggested next steps (suggestions you edit, keep or drop)

  1. Show the warehouse-system connector working in Tuesday's demo, with Marcus driving.
  2. Send the security answers and SOC 2 report before Friday, addressed so Dana can forward them to Priya.
  3. Price the February one-depot pilot separately from the full rollout.

Follow-up email draft

Subject: Recap and next steps: route planning for Northwind. You copy it into your own email; Closa never sends it.

Synthetic example: Brightline, Northwind Logistics and everyone on these calls are made up. The review was written ahead of time to show what Closa produces.

Before you upload

Straight answers before you upload anything

How accurate is it?
The AI can misread a moment or miss one. That's why every item shows the quote and the timestamp, and why you can reject or edit anything. It can't invent a quote: unverifiable items are dropped.
What happens to my calls?
Recordings are deleted 30 days after upload by default (7, 90 or keep, your choice); transcripts stay until you delete them. Transcription goes to OpenAI and analysis to Anthropic; neither trains on it.
Recording consent
Recording a call can require everyone's consent depending on where you and they are. Closa asks you to confirm it on every recording upload, and never joins a call itself.
Transparent pricing
$39, $79, $149 a month, published below. Hours are a hard limit: when they run out, uploads wait. You're never billed extra.

When the month's hours are used, new uploads wait for the next month or a bigger plan; you're never charged extra. Prices in US dollars, billed monthly; cancel any time. Questions

Who is Closa for?

Founders who run their own sales calls, small sales teams of up to 15 people, and agencies pitching new business. If you sell through calls and nobody has time to listen back, Closa reviews each call and deal for you, with the quotes behind every finding.

Does Closa join or record my calls?

No. Closa never joins a call: there is no bot and no calendar access. You upload a recording or the transcript your meeting tool exports (Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, Otter), and you confirm the people on the call agreed to the recording where the law requires it.

Will Closa make things up?

Every finding must quote the transcript word for word, and Closa checks each quote against the transcript before keeping it; anything it can't find is dropped. The labels, summary and next steps are its reading of those quotes, shown as such, and you can edit or reject any of them.

Can I try it without an account?

Yes. On the try page, paste a transcript (up to about 25 minutes of talk) or use our synthetic sales call and see the findings with quotes and timestamps. Nothing you paste is stored. Uploading recordings and reviewing whole deals need a free account.

Does it send emails or update my CRM by itself?

No. The follow-up email is a draft you copy into your own email client. HubSpot (on the Pro plan) gets a note and tasks only when you press Push on an accepted review and confirm what will be created.

What counts as an hour?

The length of each call reviewed, counted once in the month it's uploaded: a recording by its length, a transcript by its last timestamp. Re-running an analysis or regenerating a review doesn't count again. Solo includes 20 hours, Team 100 and Pro 300.

What happens when we run out of hours?

New uploads wait until the next month or a bigger plan. Everything you've reviewed stays, and you're never charged extra.

Which transcript formats work?

VTT, SRT, TXT and DOCX: Zoom's audio transcript, Google Meet's transcript document, Teams transcripts, Otter exports, or pasted text. Timestamps and speaker names are kept when the file has them; without timestamps, positions are line numbers.

Which AI does it use?

OpenAI transcribes recordings, and Anthropic's Claude finds the evidence and drafts reviews. Neither provider trains on your data. Closa logs each AI call's cost and length, never its text.

Who do I contact with questions?

Email clio@new-odyssey.com. A person reads every message.
