Everything Closa does

Everything below is built and works today. Try the core of it, with no account, on the try page.

Calls in

  • Recordings. Audio (MP3, M4A, WAV, WebM) or video (MP4, MOV, WebM) up to 1 GB and 3 hours. Closa transcribes it with timestamps. Speaker names aren't detected in recordings.
  • Transcripts. VTT, SRT, TXT or DOCX exported from Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Otter and most meeting tools, or pasted text. Speaker names and timestamps are kept.
  • Consent first. Every recording upload asks you to confirm the people on the call agreed where the law requires it. Closa never joins calls: no bot, no calendar access.

Evidence, not guesses

Every item Closa keeps quotes the transcript word for word. The quote is checked against the transcript before it's saved; anything that can't be found is dropped, and the call says how many were.

  • Objections and risks. With a severity and a topic (price, integration, security, timing, authority, competition, need).
  • Competitors. Every other vendor, tool or approach the buyer named.
  • Stakeholders and authority. Who's involved, their role as said on the call, who signs and any approval limits.
  • Budget and timeline signals. Money and dates, in the buyer's words.
  • Commitments and next actions. What each side promised, and the next step you agreed.
  • Timestamps everywhere. Click any item to jump to that moment in the transcript, or play the recording while it's kept.

Deals and reviews

  • Deals group calls. Several calls with one prospect, reviewed together. Deals are ranked by risk, with the reasons shown.
  • Deal timelines. How each risk and objection changes from call to call: raised, raised again, or settled, with the quote that settled it.
  • Deal review. Status, open risks, next steps labeled as suggestions with the evidence behind each, and a follow-up email draft.
  • You decide. Edit any label, reject any item, add one from a quote, reword or drop suggestions, regenerate, and accept the review with the next steps you'll take.
  • Nothing is sent for you. The email is a draft you copy into your own email client. Closa never emails a prospect.
  • Export. Any call or review as Markdown; the whole workspace as JSON.

Team and CRM

  • Team view. Open deals by risk, objections across deals by topic month by month, and competitors by how many deals they came up in.
  • Coaching notes. Pin a note to a quote for the rep who made the call.
  • HubSpot. Link a deal, then push an accepted review as a note and the next steps you choose as tasks, only after you confirm. Closa never changes deal fields or stages.
  • Roles. Owner, manager, rep and viewer. Only the owner handles billing.

Without AI keys

  • Still useful, clearly labeled. If AI analysis is unavailable, calls are read by keyword rules: every item is still a real quote with its timestamp, labeled as found by rules. The sample call always shows its precomputed review.

Questions buyers ask

What can Closa do with a call?

Closa lists the objections, risks, competitors, stakeholders and their roles, budget, timeline and authority signals, commitments and next actions in a call, each quoted with its timestamp. It groups calls into deals, shows how each risk changes from call to call, and drafts a deal review and follow-up email.
