Use cases

Closa for founder-led sales

Founders selling their own product use Closa to keep every deal straight without a sales-ops hire. Upload a call recording or transcript, and Closa lists the objections, decision-makers, budget, timeline and what you promised, each quoted with its timestamp, then drafts a deal review and follow-up email for you to edit.

What it does for a founder

  • Shows what the buyer objected to, in their words, so you answer the real concern next time.
  • Names who signs and who wasn't on the call, before you send a proposal to the wrong person.
  • Keeps your commitments ("I'll send the security answers by Friday") from slipping.
  • Drafts a follow-up email from what was actually said, which you edit and send yourself.

How it fits your week

Export the transcript from Zoom, Google Meet or Teams after the call and upload it, or upload the recording. A review takes about a minute. Calls with the same prospect group into a deal, so the second call shows which risks the first one settled.

What it costs

Free for 2 hours of calls a month. Solo is $39 a month for 20 hours, with a 7-day free trial.

Questions

I don't record my calls. Can I still use Closa?

Yes, if your meeting tool makes a transcript: upload that instead. If you start recording, tell the people on the call and get their consent where the law requires it.
